Floors 2, 3, 4, 5, 9, and 10 are occupied by undergraduates, while the remaining floors are occupied by uah tenants and some private tenants. Top tier private bathrooms (seriously, they’re like hotels), ac and heating, some of the best rooms on campus, incredibly convenient location. Private dorm rooms are also available at the fairholm, located at 503 west 121st street, 600 west 113th street, and 600 west 122nd street (hastings hall at union theological seminary). I noticed that in the stall next to me the unusually large feet were turned in the opposite direction, towards the toilet. John jay is also located in the same.
